These are replicas of the original Japanese Sakae Ringyo (SR) handlebars from the 80s. They were very common on many Japanese bikes back then.
Description

This handlebar is a must-have for any touring bike. An iconic handlebar fitted to all Centurion bikes and many others in the 1980s.

It is relatively narrow and sporty, with a slight rise. Many chose to fit it to their touring bike or commuter road bike, where drop handlebars are not necessary.

Please note that this handlebar is only suitable for use with road brake levers.

It disappeared from the market for many years.
But 40 years ago, it was the most popular handlebar in Denmark.
Velovintage has now revived it, and it is available exclusively from us.
