Place the installation tool in the spline opening on the bottom bracket, and turn the spring-loaded insert into the hole for the crankset mounting bolt to secure the tool.
You can now install or remove the bottom bracket without slipping off or damaging the bearing's tooth profile.
Tip:
When installing the bottom bracket, first make sure that the frame shell threads are clean and lubricated.
Pay attention to the frame material and the torque values specified by the manufacturers.
